This page permanently deletes your Laravel account. It works whether or not you still have the game installed. You can also delete your account from inside the game, on your player profile screen — both do exactly the same thing.

This cannot be undone

Deleting your account immediately and permanently erases:

your username, email address, display name and device information;
all progress — level, experience, gold, gems, starlight, cards, decks, heroes and chests;
your win/loss record and ladder ranking, and your place on the leaderboard;
your clan membership and every chat message you have sent;
your saved decks and diagnostic logs.

Any gems, gold or items you have paid for are lost and are not refunded. Every device signed in to the account is signed out at once.

Two things are kept, and neither identifies you afterwards. Finished matches and replays remain because they are also your opponents' match history — your name and device identifier are stripped from them first. Purchase records remain for as long as tax law requires, detached from your erased account details. This is set out in full in the Privacy Policy.

Confirm it is your account

Enter the username and password you sign in to the game with. We ask for the password because this page is public: without it, anyone who knew your username could delete your account.

If this does not work

If you signed in on a very old version of the game you may not have a password set. In that case delete the account from inside the game instead, or write to REPLACE-ME@example.com from the email address on the account and we will do it for you.
